Once a month graduation coaches meet one on one with Wellstone students to mentor them on opportunities on  life beyond high school. They explore many issues common to students moving from high school to the post secondary world.

Students in Ms. Dallman's class participated in the MN History Day competition this year. They held an open display at Wellstone on Friday, March 20th and competed at South High School on March 21st in the official judging segment. Congratulations to all who participated!

Food Drive
Food Drive!

Over three days, Wellstone students took part in a MPS High School Food Drive. They spread fliers two days after school(3.12 and 3.13), and collected food donations on a Saturday morning (March14). They collected 700+ pounds of food for hungry families and brought it to Sabathani Food Shelf! Nice work one and all!

All the credit goes to MPS Alum Riley Curran for organizing, to Wellstone Student Council for recruiting students and participating, and to the following students who volunteered their time: Hoden A, Mohamed A, Jennifer N, Denise S, Bewketeu W, and Tsion W.
